DELIVERY OPTIONS

All shipping options come with tracking to keep you updated on your order's progress.

International Shipping:

Australia Post Standard International

Free Standard Shipping - orders over $199 USD.

Standard Shipping - $19.95 USD.

DHL Express

Flat rate $30 USD.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

Orders placed by 10am AEST Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 10am AEST or on the weekend or a public holiday will be dispatched the next business day.

Orders are processed and shipped from Melbourne, Victoria.

There may be slightly longer processing and delivery times during peak periods such as Sales, Promotions or Holiday periods.

On the rare occasion, your delivery may be impacted by customs delays or due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances such as, weather events, natural disasters or international public holidays. Whilst SumaNurica do not have control over this, we will endeavour to help wherever we can.

Delivery timeframes are quoted by the carriers and will commence from dispatch. These timeframes serve as a guideline and are subject to change.

Duties & Taxes

Delivery outside of Australia may be subject to duties and taxes levied by the destination country. Please note that the recipient is responsible for any associated duties and taxes, and these fees are due upon delivery. SumaNurica is not responsible for these fees and have no control over the amounts. For further information, please contact your local Customs office.

For any changes to your order please contact us immediately. We will do our best to meet your request, however we cannot make any guarantees, as there is a short timeframe before your order is packed and fulfilled.
